陜西省橫山進出口集團有限公司（以下簡稱“集團”）始建于1999年，是由原橫山縣糧油食品對外貿易公司改制而成的陜西橫山進出口有限責任公司基礎上組建而成。近20年來，在董事長姚廣龍先生的帶領下，秉承“共創百年”的企業使命和“立足農業產業的發展與農民創收，為廣大消費者提供無公害綠色食品”的經營理念，堅持“ 品質至上、追求卓越”的企業精神，經過十幾年不平凡的發展歷程，在各個投資領域都取得了令人矚目的業績。
從創建伊始，集團旗下以橫山大明綠豆“HENGSHAN”為品牌，立足于農產品出口產業，依靠榆林地區得天獨厚的農產品種植資源，迅速發展壯大，先后通過ISO9001-2008國際質量體系認證、HACCP食品安全體系認證，并榮獲首批陜西省農業產業化重點龍頭企業、陜西省大型農產品流通企業以及“陜西省著名商標”等多項殊榮。
自2005年以來，集團深化戰略轉型，實施多元化發展戰略：從單純的農產品加工出口產業轉變為農產品加工及出口、地產、礦業、豆類深加工等多領域為主導的多元化產業集團；從單純的產品經營型企業轉變為產品與融投資相結合的資產資本經營型集團公司，并逐步發展成為一家跨區域、多行業，并有完整產業鏈，同時具備一定的國際化水平和專業化素質的綜合性投資控股集團。集團現有總資產25億元人民幣，年產值近20億元人民幣。

Shaanxi Hengshan Import & Export Company Ltd.(hereinafter to be referred as “company”)was established in 1999 grew out of Shaanxi Hengshan Import & Export Company Ltd. which was converted from Hengshan County Grain & Oil Foreign Trade Company. Ever since its establishment, the company has developed and vigorously expands the export business based on the rich agricultural resources in Yulin City. We have adopted the ISO9001:2008 quality system certification and HACCP system certification and made “provincial famous trademark”, “The City Leading Company” in terms of agricultural industrialization in Shaanxi province and a number of honors.
The Company is mainly engaged in producing, processing and exporting local farm products, since 2005 it became an diversified and unified industry combination of agricultural exporting, real estate, mine business, the agricultural product intensive processing and so on. Its total assets reach RMB 2.5billion, the annual output is RMB 2 billion. Now the company has reached a certain internationalization level and become an integrated investment holding enterprise group.
